We have developed a simple 6 step process to help clients engage understand and control the design and building process.
STEP 1. ASPIRATIONS AND FUNCTIONALITY
We encourage your input when you design and build a home the final product should be a representation of your hopes, wants and dreams these aspirations should be woven through the fabric of the design combining with the correct use of space and functionality to produce the final product. We encourage people to make a list of required spaces, cut out photos from magazines, make some notes on style look and feel and bring it all along to a free no obligation site meeting.
STEP 2. SITE ASSESSMENT OR SELECTION
We offer a no obligation free site meeting on your land to determine your aspirations and functionality requirements, our professional consultant will assess your needs and wants and cross match against building feasibility on your block. We will evolve a mud map floor plan and provide an educated assessment of what will be achievable within your budget.
STEP 3. PLANNING AND DESIGN
Our consultant will facilitate a planning and design meeting with a specialist designer that suits your needs, the planning meeting is an opportunity to download your wants, needs and lifestyle aspirations, our role is to help you articulate your requirements and insure the designer understands the site location, surroundings and building feasibility this information is imperative to ensure the overall design meets the client’s needs within the construction budget, the process gives you the best of both worlds gaining insight and having influence on the conceptual and construction process to help create a beautiful functional design that one day you will proudly call home.
STEP 4. INCLUSIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS
This important meeting is attended by all ,the designer will present floor plans design concepts and elevations for further input and changes, our expert consultants guide you with color selections ,internal design and specification options from our color and specification selection centre .We present you with a written tendered price based on the plans and concept drawings agreed upon, and a geological survey and soil test are ordered in preparation for working drawing and permit applications .
STEP 5. RELATIONSHIP AND COMMITMENT
Here at Aspire home design our many years’ experience have taught us that to design and build a beautiful unique home it takes commitment to the relationship with our clients. At this point we seek to cement our relationship we provide a fix priced contact and working drawings timing and scheduling is finalized for the construction to begin.
