The Dunedin design centred around distinct living zones, with the added option for a split level design if you literally want to take things to another level. With the master bedroom up front, the core of the home opens up into a large family living zone compromising of the kitchen and dining area, a sectioned off family zone, study and home theatre. Towards the back of the home, the three other bedrooms and rumpus provide a secluded kids zone.
