When it comes to challenging blocks of land, that’s when Aspire really stands out as providing solutions for what many other builders see as a problem and will not work with.
Let’s recap what we had to work around with redevelopment of this site:
- Corner site on a round about (traffic management considerations)
- 5 meters of fall (sloping land)
- Overhead powerlines (building set backs)
- Plus a view that was not being captured- if we are going to rebuild, let’s make this an important part of the design brief!
Working closely with our clients to understand the dynamics of their family and lifestyle, our Special project team took the time to design and develop a concept that conquered those challenges and created a beautiful new home.
The added bonus is that they now have magnificent views from their living room and alfresco across beautiful parklands. Mission accomplished!
