As first time developers we are extremely grateful for our experience with Aspire. They provided friendly and clear guidance from design through to completion of two new bespoke townhouses. They were also extremely patient with us when we were unfamiliar with processes and always consulted with us when there were challenges interpreting the design to create practical solutions. Our previous builder went bankrupt, Aspire Designer Homes was kind enough to take over building our home and completing it to impeccable standard. Coming from a big “cookie cutter” builder I “definitely” saw the difference in level of service as well as quality of build. Our site manager matt was easy to get hold and kept the lines of communication open. We were always kept up to date as to the progress of the house and felt like we were a part of the progress.
If we ever build again, we will “definitely” only build with Aspire Designer Homes. Our building experience started off rough with the previous builder going under but ended being an amazing experience with Aspire.
Highly recommended. From the outset our sales consultant Rob came out to our site on a few occasions refining our custom design. This all happened before a cent was paid or any commitment to proceeding with Aspire was signed.
Our site supervisor matt was fantastic and is very organised. He attended to all our queries promptly. Other people we knew building at the same time experienced lengthy delays due to material shortages, but matt had acquired the materials way in advance.
We found the whole process very smooth. Their sub-contractors were also very experienced, it was always good and filled me with confidence to see middle aged tradies on site supporting the younger guys.
Being first time new build owners we were very impressed with Aspire. On our first meeting with Lachlan we were sold because he listened to exactly what our needs were and promptly designed what we needed. We are still amazed by how spot on he was. The whole process was extremely easy and when ever we had a situation that needed to be addresses once again we were listened to and resolved promptly. All the trades were very professional and delivered a high standard of work. Steve our supervisor was always there for us when ever we had a question. Since moving in we have so many people comment on our house and how lovely it looks, we could not be happier.
