VOLUMES.

We started our journey with Aspire in 2019, meeting with Lachlan and David Haynes at the Phillip Island sales office. We walked through the show house and loved what we saw, we also liked the fact that we were given a costing sheet with the base price and all the extras of that house and one could see what you were getting. We then worked with Lachlan and David to design the house of our dreams, and nothing was to hard for them, every change we wanted they were willing to do, they gave us very sound advice as well on many items and helped us with the planning stage of our build.
We started building in Late January 2020. There were challenges on the way as with any build, but at the end of the day we have got our dream home and absolutely love it, we were impressed with the standard of trades that were used, and we have received a very good quality home. We were also happy with the timeline and that the supervisor worked to ensure we were in our home in the time frame we had asked for, the build took 7 months. We have so many people drive past and stop and say they love our house, the fact that it is so different and individual. One of the big things why we liked working with Aspire, they built the home we wanted and were willing to change the design to suit our needs.
