I only have the best of words to say about Garry and the team at Aspire Designer Homes. When our builder went into liquidation, Garry was the only person among 20 builders contacted who was willing to have a conversation with me, despite being inundated with calls at the time. From my first discussion with Garry I knew Aspire were the builder to complete our dream home. Aspire promptly recommenced our build while other sites remained stagnant. They put on extra staff to cope with the additional workload, including our exceptional site supervisor, Mark. There were challenges along the way, however both Garry and Mark were forthcoming on these and helped us overcome them with a solutions based mindset. Aspire completed our build with quality and efficiency as we were in our new home on the anniversary of our original builder going into liquidation. We have had nothing but compliments from others on the finishing of our new home. Any rectification works, which were limited, were fixed promptly. You can tell that nothing but quality workmanship has gone into the construction of our home just by looking at it. Mark treated the project as though he was building his own home, with Garry and the team providing exceptional service along the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aspire to anyone looking to build their dream home. Truly an exceptional builder where quality and service are front and centre of everything they do.

The team at Aspire really looked after my family and I through our entire building process. Our sales consultant Rob looked after our initial inquiries and helped us design the house of our dreams. He navigated the council planning process with us and was really helpful in adapting the plans to suit regulations and our personal needs. The building team did a great job with our supervisor Matt looking after us once the building permit was issued and we commenced construction. Building went smoothly and communication was great through the process both for necessary changes and the occasional design tweak.
